I am running for the Texas State Board of Education, District 15. I am honored to have the support of my good friend and current State Board of Education Vice-President, Mr. Bob Craig of Lubbock. This race centers on three things I care passionately about: our kids, our communities, and our economy. As the gatekeepers to the future of our students and our state, we need to make sure we are doing this thing we call education right. It's the only chance we have.

For those of you who already know her, you’ll have to agree with me that Anette has a singular vision of growth and prosperity for the Texas Panhandle. She’s a tireless worker with a heartfelt desire to make our community, our region, and our state an even better place to live. And as one of your elected officials on the AISD school board she’s built consensus, solved problems, and has always kept her eye on what’s right for all of us she represents.

I am standing here because I’ve seen Anette’s leadership throughout our community. I’ve worked with Anette for over ten years. I’ve seen her passion change our community in powerful ways. We are a better place because of her leadership and more unified through her leadership. She is truly the servant leader our good book instructs all of us to become.
